Civil Marriage

Civil marriage is available to all couples. We take care of the paperwork in France, in Austria and in Italy as well as concerning the ceremony coordination.
Most countries recognize Civil marriage as a legally binding ceremony. It is the perfect ceremony for a re-marriage and an inter-faith couple, avoiding all religious concerns.

Austria and Italy do not require any previous residency. France and Monaco require a previous residency (30 days) and Spain only allows civil marriage to its nationals or residents since more than two years.
There can be some exceptional circumstances that allow the civil marriage without the residency requirement.

Civil marriage in France, Monaco and Italy always takes place at the Town Hall.
Civil marriage in Vienna and London can take place at the City Hall or in a private venue, with the authorities' approval.
