S'Agaró

S'Agaró, the most exclusive holidays resort of the Costa Brava, was built in the 30's by Mr. José Ensesa for his relatives and friends. This small residential area is an authentic masterpiece of the traditional Catalan Mediterranean style and has been a model of landscape and town planning for architects during decades.

The white church on the top of the hill is a perfect frame for a Catholic marriage. Couples wishing a non-denominational ceremony, can celebrate it in the grounds of the elegant hotel "Hostal de la Gavina". The hotel, built in 1932 has been the meeting point of an international elite. Its salons, with magnificent views to the sea, allow intimate as well as large receptions.
